Minor Glitch In Notification System
By Ron 5 September 2008 under sendcube Features & UpdatesIf you are one of our trial account users, you may have received multiple emails yesterday and today informing you that your trial account is expiring soon. You should really only be receiving one such email, but we ran into a minor glitch with our notification system yesterday, which caused an email to be sent out to you every hour. We are sorry for the glitch, and hope that you understand we have no intention to flood your inbox with so many emails. We have fixed the problem now, so this will not happen again.

New Lower Plan For Pay As You Send
By Amran 25 August 2008 under sendcube Features & UpdatesSome of you have told us that you find the barrier of entry for our Pay As You Send plans a little too high. Some of you would like to start your own email marketing and give sendcube a try before you dive in, or just don’t have high volumes of email campaigns to send at this point in time. We have heard you and we are happy to say we have added a lower plan to our Pay As You Send category to make it easier for you to join us. The new plan gives you 1,000 email credits at just US$15 (that’s €10 and S$20 for our European and Singaporean folks.)
With this new plan, you have all the reason to give email marketing (and us) a try! As always, we welcome your feedback on how you feel sendcube can work even better for you. Thank you for your support!

Tagging Meets Email Marketing
By Amran 18 August 2008 under sendcube Features & UpdatesIf you’ve been checking out our website, you’d know that we’ve been talking a lot about tagging and how it can help you generate better campaign reports, understand your subscribers better, and produce better campaigns.
Just so you can share in our excitement, we’d like to walk you through the process and show you a few simple tricks to harness the power of tagging. If you’ve ever tagged a blog post or a photo, you’d already know how tagging works. Essentially, you attach a keyword or category name to similar posts or photos, so visitors to your blog or photo site can click on topics that they’re interested in. And if you’re hooked up to a web statistics service (or if one is provided by your host), you can find out how many people clicked on a particular tag and get a sense of what your visitors like.
