  • Forward This Email Function - Why Aren’t You Using It?

By Ron 30 March 2009 under Tips & Best Practices, sendcube Features & Updates

While running through the campaigns sent by our customers, I notice one obvious missing link. No, not the unsubscribe link, because, after all, you will not be able to send any campaigns without it. I’m referring to a simple link that will help you spread your campaigns and the opportunity to get a few new subscribers.

  • Integrating Google Analytics With Your Email Campaign

By Eve 29 March 2009 under sendcube Features & Updates

Google Analytics Integration With sendcubeWould you like to track your email campaign beyond your subscriber click-throughs? If you do, our integration with Google Analytics (GA) will be your new best friend, next to sendcube itself. Currently, email marketing reporting can only follow subscribers up to the point where they click on the links in your email campaign after which, the tracking ends there. But if you are using Google Analytics to track your website, you can extend your email campaign tracking right to your website.

  • Managing Your Users’ Access To sendcube

By Eve 14 November 2008 under sendcube Features & Updates

As you already know, sendcube is not only a tool for your email marketing needs, but can also be used to create your email marketing service that you can resell to your own clients. We already have features in place to do this, and hot on the plate is a new feature that allows you to restrict your clients’ access to campaign reports only, instead of a free-for-all access to all functions of sendcube, like subscriber and campaign management, which is what’s happening now.

So, say, you already provide an added-value service where you help your clients manage their subscriber databases and campaign sending, you can continue to do so and be able to just give them access to the reports within the sendcube system. Let me show you how this works.

  • Now Your Subscribers Can Have Their Preference Center

By Amran 17 October 2008 under sendcube Features & Updates

If you have been accessing your sendcube account these two days, you may have noticed a new Preference Center tab in your Contacts | Lists page. This is one of the many new updates we have just rolled out for sendcube.

What is this “preference center” thing about?

Simply put, the preference center is a kind of membership page where your subscribers can update their information and subscription preferences. This gives them the convenience of making changes to their subscription as and when they want. For example, one of your subscribers (let’s call him John) is switching to a new email provider and would like your newsletter to be sent to his new address. Without the preference center, what he has to do is to unsubscribe his old email address and then resubscribe using his new one. If John is like most subscribers out there, he will most probably not bother jumping through these hoops. When this happens, you lose out.
